Returns and Exchanges


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Bee & Mee.  You may return any unused/unworn item in its original packaging and condition you received it, for any reason, with the exception of perishable, intimate, and sanitary goods (non-refundable items are identified on their product pages).  Once we receive your return package, we will notify you if a refund is approved after we inspect the item for its original packaging and condition.  To initiate a refund, simply reply to us through your order confirmation email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 15 days of you receiving the product. 

If the Bee & Mee shop sends you an item that is not what you ordered, you may keep the product we sent in error, free of charge.  And we will also issue you a refund of your purchase price for the item you ordered but did not receive.

If you are returning a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, you will need to send us pictures of the defect and/or damage, so we can reflect the matter to the manufacturer.  If this is the case, we may provide you with prepaid postage to send the item back to us.  Bee & Mee will then issue you a full refund of your purchase price for that product, along with the shipping fees you may have paid for that item.  Please note that if there were multiple items in your order, the shipping fee refund may be prorated to reflect the proportional cost of shipping related to the defective/damaged item alone.

For any other reasons in returning a product, such as changing your mind after purchasing, we will issue a refund of your purchase price for that item only; the original shipping fees for your order is non-refundable.  Please also note that in such cases the cost of return shipping will also be the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Bee & Mee shop.  However, once our return process is complete, Bee & Mee will issue you a $10 off discount coupon code to use on a future order above $50 for any inconvenience our return process may have caused you (terms and conditions apply).

To simplify order processing and logistics, the Bee & Mee shop does not offer product exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above, and then place a new order on our website. 

Please note that our return policy lasts 15 days.  Refunds will not be processed if your RMA is not requested within 15 days of you receiving the item.  For all approved refunds, a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment. 

We recommend using trackable shipping services when you ship your return item(s), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package.
